Acceptable stay. But with issues.
street noiserude staff
The room felt quite stuffy. I could not adjust the temperature. Staff informed me the heating was centrally controlled and set to a standard. I had to open the window, which let in a lot of street noise. It made sleep difficult. I also had to ask the front desk to let me in my room twice a day, because the room key did not work. The staff seemed annoyed by my request rather than apologetic. I found this quite rude.
